Though a freshly baked bun will always taste better.
Step 1
Freeze the bolo bun(s).
Step 2
Defrost at room temperature.
Step 3
Preheat oven or toaster to 180°C
Step 4
Reheat for 10–12 min & enjoy
Why freeze, not refrigerate?
Freezing preserves the crispy sugary cookie crust while keeping the bun perfectly fresh inside.
Can I use the microwave?
We recommend against it — microwaving may negatively affect the texture of the bolo bun.
