1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from Champion Bolo Bun, whether through this website, our online ordering page (championbolobun.atlas.kitchen) or at our store at 92 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088513. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
  • The total you pay, including any delivery fee, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
  • Menu items and prices may change from time to time.

3. Food and drink orders

  • Food and drink orders for pick-up or delivery are placed through our online ordering page.
  • Everything is made fresh on the day. Our bolo buns are best enjoyed warm, soon after baking. See our storing and reheating guide for the best way to enjoy them later.
  • Delivery and pick-up times are estimates. We will contact you if there is a delay.
  • If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as early as you can. Once we have started preparing your order, we may not be able to change or refund it.
  • If something is missing or not right with your order, tell us on the same day and we will make it right.

4. Allergens

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, eggs and milk. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please speak to our team before ordering.

5. Merchandise

  • Delivery or collection options for merchandise are shown at checkout.
  • If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

6. Promotions and promo codes

  • Promotions are available while stocks last and only on the days stated.
  • Only one promo code can be used per order, unless we say otherwise.
  • Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We may change or end a promotion at any time.

7. Your information

We use the details you give us only to process your order, contact you about it and, if you agree, send you news from Champion Bolo Bun. We do not sell your information.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
