Terms & Conditions

• Orders must be placed online. By placing an order with us, you are expressly agreeing to the terms laid out herewith.

• We cannot be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete information of any kind.

• Orders for pick up must be collected at 92 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088513 during our opening hours only. We are not responsible for your order if you do not collect it.

• We are strictly accepting preorders on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. Do consider doing a walk-in for other days!

• Strictly no walk-ins for collection, you may arrange your own courier to pick up your order such as GrabExpress, LalaMove, Gojek etc.

• We do not accept cash on collection — payment must be made through our site. Complete payment has to be made before order is confirmed and processed.

• You may place a maximum of 4 Classic, 4 Classic with Butter, 3 Minis & 3 Curry Potato for each transaction.

• Orders must be placed by 5pm the day before collection.

• Do adhere to the date and timeslots selected, do inform us 3 working days in advance via hello@bolobun.co, or your order will be non-refundable .

• We will not be able to process any cancellation, or accomodate to manual add-ons on our side, do place another order online for add-ons.

• Our items are subjected to a 7% GST charge.

Price & Payment 

• All prices are calculated and charged in SGD

• There is a 7% GST charge.

• We do not accept cash on collection — payment must be made through our site.

• For all online orders, we accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. 

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure you email us at hello@bolobun.co . If the order has already been dispatched, refunds will not be allowed. If order is for self collection and has not been collected, a refund can be made.

• Should you receive a faulty item, please inform us immediately via email hello@bolobun.co .
